Into The World Of Dreams

In the modern world, one of the most researched topics is dreams. Religious leaders, scientists and psychologists alike have tabled different theories on them, as none of them has been proven and turned into law. There have been heated debates all over with each one saying that they are the ones saying the truth. The topic has not been fully researched and anyone is welcome to table their opinions as theirs can be the correct one. Most of the theories on dreams are further described below in full length.

One of the theories brought forward on dreams is that a person experiences dreams as a way to strengthen his semantic memories. The person experiences this during the rapid brain activity stage of sleep where information flow in the brain is greatly reduced. A person then experiences a narrative where distant memories and ideas experienced during the day are either erased or recorded into the long term memory this is what normal people refer to as a dream. Continued research further stated that they can be explained as a clean-up where unnecessary information is removed from a person's mind as they sleep.

The other theory is that they play a huge role in helping a person increase their brain activity when they are awake. When one is awake he takes in a lot of information thus when he goes to sleep all the information has to be accommodated by the brain thus they are converted to a dream theme. This theme then has to undergo a test where the ones that can't be stored are discarded while those that can be stored are loaded into the mind. This process then repeats itself all severally during an ordinary sleep night.

A dream can be simply broken down into a normal way for preparing a person's emotionally to handle problems. There is also the evolution theory on dreams where they have no natural purpose and one can go about their natural day to day activities without necessarily having to remember what they dream about. This can be further explained as where a person experiences a dream when their brain starts to piece together random information found in his mind to form a perfect story. These are some of the major theories that have been put forward by scientists alike worldwide, other theories include their use to help a person prepare themselves from real-life threats, emotional imbalance, and social status. These are some of the most famous theories ever put forward in the world.

A Paranormal Lifestyle

Our group as a collective has witnessed and experienced things none of us can explain. This is one of the reasons we started doing this in the first place. To have that story. We have gathered many stories in the last eight years.

Been to many infamous and haunted places throughout Florida, and have researched many, many more paranormal cases that are considered high profile. Rather we can visit the location or not. In 2009, when we started North Florida Mystery Trackers, we all had the same goal (We still do) and that was to seek out answers to questions that has been asked for centuries, and to find out for ourselves if these stories have any truth behind them.

Growing up, we all have heard the ghost stories, tales of alien abduction or reports of strange creatures in the woods behind your house. But, was there any truth to any of these stories or claims? Sure, we can either believe the stories or not. But, then we would go on and never know what else there is. A paranormal enc…

The Ouija Experience

The infamous Ouija board has been marketed as a board game since 1890, in those 128 years this board has climbed it’s way up the latter as one of the most spookiest and mysterious things on earth. (In many people’s eyes) However, many also embrace the board as a spiritual connection or as a good scare on Halloween.

As you may or may not know, The Ouija board is believed to be a tool for communication between the spiritual world and ours. In fact this is the main purpose of the game itself. The board has the alphabet, numbers, (0-9) Yes, No and Goodbye printed on it. It’s users place their index and middle finger on a heart shape device called a planchette, and begin to ask questions. After a few minutes the board should wake up and begin to respond to the questions by moving the planchette without any input from the users. It’s believed that spirits move the planchette to spell out answers by moving it over certain words and of course giving yes and no answers. At the end of the sess…
